Gleichzeitig haben wiederholte Reformen des Gebäudeenergiegesetzes (GEG) einen grundlegenden Politikwechsel eingeleitet und kontroverse Debatten über die soziale Zumutbarkeit und finanzielle Tragbarkeit der Wärmewende ausgelöst.
